Returns and Exchanges

We do our best to describe our product as detail as possible and we want you to be happy with the item(s) you purchased.If for any reason that you are not satisfied with the item you received, please email us before you return, we will let you know the return address in our email.

Our Policy

  • Item(s) should be return or exchange within 7 days from your shipment receiving date.
  • Item(s) should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached (if applicable).
  • We are not responsible for returns that are lost during transit. Please return the goods by any secure mean.
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.
  • Shipping cost will not be refunded

  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
  • Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
  • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

    Processing Refund or Exchanges

    Most returns are processed within 10 days of receipt in our premises. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to you. Exchanging item will be subject to the item's availability.
